  The food tasted homemade because it was (even the tofu is handmade) and I really loved the flavours (just perfectly balanced in spice and savouriness). I haven’t found a place that is authentic and doesn’t just try to appeal to the Western palate, but they’re doing so. I was so impressed that I ended up ordering so many dishes just to try them.   You know a place has good authentic Chinese food when it's filled with Chinese international students. It felt a bit intimidating cuz I don't share their life story and don't really fit in as much culturally (thanks Canada) but the food is too good to pass up. Please give this place a try if you are in the area!
